Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the images.
Also contained in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a legend detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the current congressional release.
